ASC Hosts Sony-Sponsored Master Class for Content Creators

On May 28, the ASC hosted a one-day master class for content creators, sponsored by Sony, at its historic Clubhouse in Hollywood. During the event, a small group of students were immersed in two-hour sessions instructed by ASC members Patrick Cady, Charlie Lieberman, Sam McCurdy and Claudio Miranda, as well as cinematographer Oren Soffer. The class included sessions that covered lighting and shooting on location (led by McCurdy), for still photography (led by Lieberman), in low-light situations (led by Miranda), and for portraiture (led by Cady and Soffer).
